composite ceramic
silicon nitride cutting tools. They exhibit good
tensile, toughness, high wear resistance,
hot-hardness, thermal shock resistance and impact
resistance and other properties. They are suitable
for machining those materials which are very difficult
to be machined with cemented carbide inserts such as
machining medium and high-hardness alloyed cast iron
rolls. GT series ceramic tools show 3-34 times cutting
efficiency of cemented carbide. And they can machining
high-hardness cast iron such as Cr26(HRC 60-61),
Cr15Mo3(HRC 60-64) that cemented carbide inserts and
aluminum ceramic inserts can not. GT series new
composite ceramic inserts can machining smoothly with
the speed of 80 m/min and 50 m/min respectively with the
condition of depth of cut 5-6 mm, feed 0.1-0.8 mm/r.

Ceramal Compound Steel Pipe:
Ceramal
compound steel pipe is a new composite pipe made by the
method of SHS, which has reached the international
advanced level in 90’s, and listed in the important
industrialized projects in state high-technology ?63?
plan of China.

This product consists of three parts from inside to outside:
ceramic layer, intermediate layer and steel pipe. Under
the condition of 2000 ℃ high temperature, uniform and
compact layer (AL2O3 Ceramal) is formed and firmly
joined with the steel pipe through the intermediate
layer. The high-hardness(HV1300), antiriotcharacter of
ceramic layer combined with the high-malleability of
steel makes its performance excellent, such as high
abrasion resistance, corrosion resistance,
high-temperature endurance and impact proof. Compared
with other material of pipe, it has the characters of
long service life, lightweight, lower engineering cost
and easy to installation.
We can manufacture ceramic compound straight pipe, elbow, T-branch
pipe and flange etc.
Product usage:
Because of the high wearability of the ceramic layer, the
ceramal compound steel pipe can replace other
wear-resisting pipes, such as cast iron pipe, cast stone
pipe, rubber inner lined pipe. And can be widely used in
mineral beneficiating, tailing refilling in mines; coal
powder transporting, coal ash and cinder removing in
thermal power plants; coal blasting, coke transporting
in smeteries; clinker transporting in cement plant, etc.
Secondly, ceramal compound steel pipe has very strong thermal and
cold shock proof and certain corrosion-resisting
character, so can be also used in the fields of chemical
industry, petroleum industry and geothermal power
industry.
Product Performance:
Wear-resisting
Ceramic layer hardness can reach HV1300, which is
equivalent to tungsten-cobalt hard alloy and more than
ten times harder than steel. So ceramic compound steel
pipe is suitable to transport abrasive mediums.
Corrosion-resisting
Ceramic layer can bear acid, base and electrochemistry
corrosion. Its acidproof level can be higher than 98%.
So ceramal compound steel pipe is suitable to transport
corrosion mediums.
Lower running resistance
Its resistance coefficient is lower than steel’s.
